Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask you to review your items carefully before checking out.

Refunds
We don’t offer monetary refunds. However, if your return is approved, we’ll provide a credit note that you can use for future purchases.

Credit Notes
When a return is accepted, you’ll receive a credit note for the eligible amount. This credit can be used anytime for shopping with us again.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Claims for Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To process any claims, an unboxing video is mandatory—claims without this video cannot be accepted. Kindly record a clear video showing the issue and send it to contactshemushi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88665 09606. We are committed to resolving your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.

RTO / Non-Delivered Shipment
We are not responsible for undelivered shipments or RTO (Return to Origin) caused by incorrect address or inaccurate information provided at the time of order placement. A credit note (excluding shipping charges) will be issued only when the shipment is received back by us. In case of re-shipping, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
